Do you customise?

Yes, we do offer custom sizing if you do not fit into our standard XS-XL. You will get an option of made to measure on the website and you can provide us with all the details there. If you face any difficulty in choosing your sizing, please feel free to reach out to +91-6287-729-291.

What is your lead time?

All our pieces are made to order and, therefore, our dispatch lead time is 2-4 weeks depending on the piece. We focus on sustainability where it is as much about mindful creation as it is about mindful consumption. If you need anything earlier for a special occasion, please reach out to us and we can see if we can help regarding the same.

What courier companies do you use?

We use Bluedart Express and Amazon Shipping for our domestic orders and FedEx express for our international orders

Do you ship internationally? What are the delivery charges?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have a flat rate of 30 USD for our shipping to any part of the world.

Do I have to pay the custom duty charges?

Yes. The prices do not include custom duties and taxes. We are unable to predict the charges as it is levied by the incoming country and is subject to change. We recommend to check the expected duties on www.easyship.com . Please note that we do not take liability if the amount is different than reflected on this website.

Can you add a personalized note to the order?
