DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free domestic shipping incase of prepaid order. Incase of COD order, there is an additional fee of 200 INR.
Our order usually takes 4 weeks depending on the product. If the certain piece is in stock with the company, we offer next day shipping as well. You can reach out to the team to enquire about the same.
Please note that order of more than 10 pieces will be considered bulk order and will take 6-7 weeks to fulfil. All the pieces are hand embroidered with delicate details - so please allow time for the same.
We make every piece with a lot of love and care. Each piece carries the essence of human hands and the texture in the fabric is a beautiful characteristic of the handmade processes. We do not have any provision of refund on any purchase. We have a strict quality check at our studio, however, if you receive a faulty item – please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the package. Ode To Odd reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise if it does not meet the requirements. Once, the item is returned to us (in the original packaging with tags intact), the brand will ship out the replacement.
As per company policy, we offer exchange in size only. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange / return will not be accepted. Please write to us for the same within 48 hours of receiving the package. Also, in case of exchange, the customer will bear the costs of shipping the items back to our studio.
Incase of Made to Measure orders, there is an additional 10% charges by the company. This could include any change made to the garment in terms of neck depth, length, sleeve length, custom measurements or changes in major or minor scope.
Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Customisation refers to any change made in length, size that does not fall in the scope of XS-XXXL or any minor change made to the actual design.
Please note that anything purchased under an offer or sale is considered a final sale. Therefore, it cannot be exchanged for an alternate size. You can request the team for alteration at an additional cost of 1000 INR or 10% of the item cost (whichever is higher).
COD is available only for orders placed in India. All cash on delivery orders require a prior deposit of 2000 INR from the order value, payable via bank transfer or any electronic payment method. You will receive a payment link on your email and phone number within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Once the payment is received, the order will be processed by the team. If we do not receive the payment within 24 hours, the order will stand cancelled. Also, if the customer denies the parcel to the courier company, the money paid as prior deposit will be forfeited by the brand.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
We charge a flat fee of 30 US Dollars (equivalent to 2500 INR) for International shipping. We ship our packages via Fedex Express.
For all international order, billing address and shipping address should be the same.
Our order usually takes 3 weeks in the making and 4-6 days for shipping. If the certain piece is in stock with the company, we offer next day shipping as well. You can reach out to the team to enquire about the same. Also, the shipping time can vary based on custom clearances. The company is not liable for any custom delays.
Remote Area Charges
All the shipping charges are flat charges and are not based on postal codes. If the shipping address is in a remote area, you may hear from us regarding the change in shipping charges.
Custom Duty & Taxes
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. We are unable to tell the expected taxes and duties because it is not under our control. However, you can check the approximate duties and taxes on www.easyship.com but the company does not take any liability for the actuals.
Returns / Exchange
Currently, we are not able to offer returns/ exchanges to our international customers due to logistics/custom issues. However, if you receive any faulty item – please reach out to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. If you have any doubts regarding sizing, please feel free to reach out to our team before placing the order.
As per company policy, we do not have an option of order cancellation. In case you would like to make any changes in your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
