Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping via our courier partner FEDEX EXPRESS or equivalent.
There is a flat charge of 15 USD on your purchase. Also, we offer free shipping on purchase above 200 USD.
The customers will receive an email as soon as the order is placed. All our pieces are made to order products, hence the shipping time mostly varies between 2 - 4 weeks. Every product has different shipping time and it has been mentioned on the concerned product page.
It may take somewhere between 1-5 weeks to receive your product depending on the location and product. We understand that the time period is long but we value the slow living approach where every piece is created especially for you. We hope you appreciate the process.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. All our products are shipped via our recognised courier partner FEDEX Express unless otherwise mentioned. We ship to 206 countries at the moment. If you do not find your country in the list, please free feel to get in touch with us via mail at email@example.com.
TAX & DUTIES
Please note that delivery outside of India may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where ever they may apply. This amount varies from country to country and therefore we will not be able to asses it. If you do not pay the taxes and duties when the goods enter your country, it may be disposed off and the money will not be refunded. If you would like to cancel your order, kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order. If 24 hours go by since your purchase, you will not be able to cancel your order or get a refund. If the cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 10 days.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Every product that we sell is exclusively made for you on order and therefore, we do not offer any return / exchange at the moment. We are always happy to help you with more images and details about the product prior your purchase. This shall help you to be sure of your purchase. We work very hard to make sure that you love what you receive and every purchase is seamless.
However, you are eligible for return or exchange given the following condition:
1) When you receive an incorrect product, that is, the product does not match the item as in your confirmation mail.
2) When the items you receive are faulty or damaged. Every item is checked and photographed prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.
RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate your return/ exchange, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we shall help you from there.
1) We have a 7 day return policy and any returns initiated post that will not be entertained.
2) We do not accept any return / exchange of our products purchased on other websites or at retail stores.
3) We have a right to refuse the return / exchange , if it does not pass the quality check.
4) Kindly return the products as in the condition received, with tags, packaging intact.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
