Our Story — The Garden of Love

Our Story

It all starts
with a stitch.

The Garden of Love

A garden, taking shape. One cross at a time.
An artisan at work in petite point embroidery.

The beginning · Ranchi

We saw it blooming
in our hometown.

The co-founders first encountered a picturesque stitch in the making — a moment defined by finesse, delicacy, and quiet devotion. They were drawn to this intricate needlework, locally known as convent work, where every cross carried the tenderness of a mother’s hand and the promise of small yet meaningful economic independence.

At a time when the soul of needlework was being diluted by the speed of mechanized fashion, the sister duo chose to return to craftsmanship in its purest form.

Built patiently, stitch by stitch, cross by cross.

The hands behind the flowers

A local
ecosystem.

We stumbled upon a cluster nestled in Patna, where women artisans, led by a state awardee, demonstrated exceptional hand-crochet skills.

For our Resort ’25 collection, we developed select styles entirely dedicated to this cluster and chose to shoot locally.

Thus creating a local ecosystem.
